Scientific Conception
Acorrphen Coating Private Limited was founded in Vadodara, Gujarat, India's chemical industry heartland, with a clear and focused brief: build a world-class manufacturer of epoxy curing agents, specializing in bio-renewable chemistry, from the ground up.
Conceived by three founders: Late Shri Bhaskar Mehta (polymer scientist), Devendra Pasale (financial/legal rigour), and Indrasen Pasale (aerospace background, driving precision engineering).
Plant Erection
Erection of our purpose-built campus completed in Vadodara. The state-of-the-art layout was designed from scratch to include dedicated chemical production units, central bulk storage, modern utility systems, and an advanced testing laboratory.
Rigorous Product Trials
Conducted deep, continuous trial production runs. Every single batch was rigorously scrutinized, optimized, and cross-analyzed to verify high crosslink density, color stability, low blush under humidity, and structural consistency.
First Commercial Batches
First commercial volumes successfully released for marine and industrial maintenance coating primer systems. Rapid industry validation followed across Indian protective paint manufacturers.

The facility comprises two dedicated manufacturing blocks, central bulk raw material storage, dedicated utilities, and a fully-equipped quality control and research laboratory. Our licensing allows for consistent volume operations of up to **1000 MT of hardeners every single month**.
Located directly on a major state highway along the **NH8 / Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC)**, we enjoy immediate logistics connectivity. This logistical positioning places our facility within a highly efficient **400 to 570 km radius** of India's major container export ports: **Mundra, Kandla, and Nhava Sheva (JNPT)**, ensuring fast global shipping.
